Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Sentry Driver app, website, and related services (the “Service”), provided by Sentry Brain Single Member P.C. (“Sentry Brain,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Sentry Driver connects to supported Tesla vehicles through Tesla’s Fleet API. It can record vehicle trips and telemetry, apply rules, send alerts, and estimate whether the account holder’s registered phone appears to be present.

The Service does not identify who is driving and does not control the vehicle. Features depend on the vehicle, Tesla, connectivity, permissions, and your subscription.

You must be at least 18, provide accurate account information, and keep your account and devices secure. You may connect only a Tesla account and vehicle that you own or are authorized to connect. We do not receive your Tesla password.

Sentry Driver is independent from and is not endorsed by Tesla, Inc.

2. Your responsibility

You are responsible for how you use Sentry Driver and for complying with any laws, agreements, policies, notices, or permissions that apply to your circumstances. We do not determine whether your use is lawful and do not provide legal advice.

Do not use the Service for unauthorized access, unlawful surveillance, stalking, harassment, discrimination, fraud, or violation of another person’s rights. You are responsible for claims, losses, or penalties caused by your unauthorized or unlawful use. To the extent permitted by law, you will reimburse Sentry Brain for third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by that use or by a serious breach of these Terms.

3. Purchases

Apple or Google generally processes purchases. The price, product, trial, billing period, and renewal terms shown when you purchase apply.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the applicable store before renewal. Uninstalling the app, disconnecting Tesla, or deleting your Sentry Driver account does not cancel a store subscription.

Refunds, trial eligibility, withdrawal rights, and cancellation are governed by the applicable store and mandatory law.

Lifetime products are one-time entitlements that remain on your account without recurring expiration for the life of the relevant Sentry Driver service. They do not guarantee that Sentry Driver or Tesla’s integration will operate forever. Purchases made under the Terms dated January 15, 2025 keep the minimum four-year commitment stated in those Terms.

4. Availability and safety

Sentry Driver depends on Tesla, vehicle systems, internet and cellular connectivity, Bluetooth, mobile operating systems, and notification services. Vehicle data, routes, phone-presence estimates, and alerts may be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or wrong. A possible-impact alert does not confirm that a collision occurred.

The Service is not an emergency service, theft-prevention guarantee, insurance product, or substitute for attentive driving, emergency services, or vehicle safety systems.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features for operational, legal, technical, or security reasons.

5. Ownership and termination

Sentry Brain and its licensors own the Service, software, branding, and related intellectual property. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms.

You must not interfere with the Service, bypass security, introduce malicious code, scrape or reverse engineer it except where law permits, resell it without permission, or use it fraudulently or unlawfully.

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, abuse, unlawful use, or serious or repeated breach.

You may request account deletion in the app under Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete My Data, or by emailing support@sentrydriver.app. A 30-day grace period applies, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription.

6. Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, compatibility, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Sentry Brain is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from unauthorized or unlawful use, inaccurate or delayed vehicle data, missed alerts, Tesla services, connectivity, vehicle systems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sentry Brain’s total aggregate liability relating to the Service will not exceed the subscription fee paid for the billing period in which the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

7. General

We may update these Terms when the Service, law, or our operations change. We will update the date above and give any notice required by law.

Greek law governs these Terms, and the courts of Larissa, Greece have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers keep any mandatory rights available in their country of residence.
