What happens if I have more vehicles than my subscription allows?

If you exceed your vehicle limit, you’ll need to choose which vehicles to monitor or upgrade your subscription.

Your subscription tier determines how many vehicles you can actively monitor:

• 1-Vehicle Plan: Monitor 1 Tesla
• 2-Vehicle Plan: Monitor up to 2 Teslas
• 3-Vehicle Plan: Monitor up to 3 Teslas
• 5-Vehicle Plan: Monitor up to 5 Teslas

What happens when you exceed the limit:

1. You can still see all your Tesla vehicles in the app
2. You’ll be prompted to select which vehicles to actively monitor
3. Vehicles not selected won’t receive real-time monitoring or alerts
4. You can swap which vehicles are monitored at any time

If you downgrade your subscription:

When you switch to a lower tier, the system will automatically deactivate monitoring on your oldest-added vehicles to fit within the new limit. You can manually choose different vehicles afterward.

• Upgrade your tier: Switch to a plan with more vehicles
• Add lifetime slots: Purchase individual permanent vehicle slots that stack with your subscription

Lifetime slots are one-time purchases that add permanent monitoring capacity, regardless of your subscription tier.
