What data from my Tesla does Sentry Driver access?

Sentry Driver only accesses the driving data needed to monitor safety.

Through Tesla’s official Fleet API, we access:

• Vehicle location during trips (for zone monitoring and trip history)
• Speed data (for speeding alerts)
• Trip start/end times (for curfew monitoring)
• Driving events like hard braking or acceleration

We do NOT access:

• Video footage from your Tesla’s cameras
• Your Tesla account credentials (you authenticate directly with Tesla)
• Climate or entertainment settings

Sentry Driver is a monitoring tool, not a remote control. Monitoring is entirely one-way: data flows from your car to our servers, and nothing we do to track driving sends a command back to your Tesla.

All data is encrypted in transit and stored securely. You can delete all your data at any time from within the app.
