Are my Tesla credentials safe with Sentry Driver?

Yes. Sentry Driver connects through Tesla’s official Fleet API using OAuth, which means you sign in directly with Tesla.

Your Tesla username and password are never entered into, or stored by, Sentry Driver. Tesla handles the login and grants the app a secure, revocable authorization token — and you can disconnect that access at any time from your Tesla account.

It’s also an owner-only app, so only you ever connect an account. Nobody else needs to log in, and no other driver has access to your vehicle data.
