Monitoring Multiple Cars from One App

Owner detection is what makes this work cleanly. Sentry Driver uses Bluetooth to recognize when the account holder’s phone is present in a car. When that phone is not detected during a monitored drive — for example, an employee taking out a company vehicle — monitoring kicks in automatically and the alerts flow to you. There’s no key handoff, no profile to switch, and nothing for the employee to do.

No Hardware, Nothing for Drivers to Install

Most fleet-tracking tools ask you to plug an OBD-II dongle into every vehicle. Teslas don’t expose a standard OBD-II port, so those trackers need an adapter to work at all — and someone has to physically install one in each car. Phone-based trackers have the opposite problem: every driver has to install and carry an app, and the moment they leave the phone behind, you’re blind.
